Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Idolize Design, LLC (“Idolize Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://idolizedesign.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and software development tools that recognize a device or collect information about how a website is used.

Cookies may be session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain for a set period. Cookies may also be first-party, placed by Idolize Design, or third-party, placed by another provider.

2. How We Use Cookies

We may use the following categories of cookies:

Strictly necessary cookies — always active

These cookies support core Site functions, such as security, fraud prevention, network management, shopping cart and checkout functions, and remembering privacy choices. Because the Site cannot operate properly without them, they generally cannot be disabled through our cookie settings.

WordPress and WooCommerce may place cookies or use browser storage needed for security, session handling, privacy preferences, cart contents, checkout, and order processing. Common WooCommerce examples include `woocommerce_cart_hash`, `woocommerce_items_in_cart`, `wp_woocommerce_session_…`, and `woocommerce_recently_viewed`. The exact names and durations can change with configuration and software updates.

Functional cookies — optional where required

These cookies remember choices and provide enhanced features, such as preferred settings, embedded tools, or improved personalization.

Analytics and performance cookies — optional where required

These cookies help us understand visits, traffic sources, popular pages, errors, and Site performance. Google Analytics commonly uses first-party cookies such as `_ga` and `_ga_…` to distinguish and measure visitors and sessions. WP Statistics provides first-party, privacy-oriented traffic reports and is configured not to share visitor analytics data with third parties; depending on its settings, it may operate without cookies. We use this information to improve the Site and our services.

Advertising cookies — optional where required

These cookies and tags may be used to measure campaigns, attribute leads or purchases, limit repeated ads, build advertising audiences, optimize delivery, or deliver more relevant advertising on this Site or elsewhere.

  • Google Ads Tag may use Google advertising cookies and click identifiers, including `_gcl_…`, to measure conversions and associate Site activity with ads.
  • Meta Pixel may use browser identifiers such as `_fbp` and receive Meta click identifiers such as `fbclid`. Meta Conversions API may also transmit corresponding event and matching data directly from our server to Meta.
  • TikTok Tag/Pixel may use identifiers such as `_ttp`, `ttclid`, `ttcsid`, and `ttcsid_[pixel ID]` to measure, attribute, optimize, and personalize advertising. TikTok states that its Pixel cookies may last up to 13 months from when set or last used, subject to configuration.

3. Cookies Used on the Site

The specific cookies used may change as WordPress, WooCommerce, plugins, tags, and vendor configurations are updated. Our cookie consent tool should display a current scan-based list of cookies, providers, purposes, and durations at [insert link to cookie settings or cookie declaration]. That list should also cover any active payment processor, security tool, CAPTCHA, review widget, scheduling tool, embedded social content, video, or map not identified above.

4. Your Choices

Where required by law, we request consent before using non-essential analytics or advertising technologies. You may accept all, reject all, or choose categories through [insert link to cookie settings]. Rejecting advertising cookies should also prevent Meta Conversions API, Google Ads, and TikTok advertising events from being sent when consent is legally required. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

You can also control cookies through your browser. Most browsers let you delete or block cookies, but doing so may cause parts of the Site—especially shopping cart, checkout, or preference features—to stop working correctly.

Browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, may be recognized where required by applicable law and supported by our Site configuration.

5. Third-Party Technologies

Third-party providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when their services appear on the Site. Their use of information is governed by their privacy notices. We do not control third-party cookies after they are placed by those providers.

6. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the Site, our vendors, or applicable law. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
